Hi!


I'm Lotus, or Lotus Pachyderm. I'm an elephant furry, specifically a very Indian-esque elephant. I bought the partial fursuit and character rights for Lotus a few months back. I've yet to wear her to a convention, but I plan to!


As for myself, I live in the Chicago area...very northern Chicago area, actually...in a suburb near Great America. I live in a furry household with three other furries. Currently I'm 28 years old. I'm female and asexual, but don't mind a little romance, but I'm taken at the moment. In fact, my mate is one of the people in this household. :) I've been a furry since I was 18, or rather, active as a furry. I can't really deny that I have always enjoyed dressing up as animals. ;) I attend MFF and FurSquared most years.


Disorganized rambliness aside, I hope to make friends here! Feel free to message me anytime! :)

Welcome to the Forums, Lotus! :)    I hope you have a great time here, the folks here are really friendly so making friends here definitely shouldn't be too hard at all. If you have any questions about the Forum don't hesitate to ask about, plenty here would be happy to lend to paw to help you out. also I think your the first Elephant I seen around here from my time, quite a cute sona.

I joined furry a few years after I found therianthropy. I still don't know if I'm a therian or not or what my theriotype is if I am, but I definitely have some traits in common with therians. However, furry is overall friendlier, and I joined Pounced when I was 18. There I met a furry whom I dated briefly, who introduced me to other furries. I attended my first furry convention when I was 19, but didn't settle on any fursonas. I still have many different fursonas, actually, including kitsune (Rhiannon Fox), rabbit (Latte Bunn), and of course, elephant (Lotus). I alternate with suits, but my favorites are Rhiannon Fox and Lotus.


Yes, I live in a furry household. There are three others here, my boyfriend and two roommates. I came here because I couldn't stand living with my parents. Hehe. My parents are good people, but they drive me up the wall sometimes.
