How not to make a burger
« on: August 29, 2017, 09:23:56 AM »
I thought: let's show you guys how to make a burger I like to make.
What you need:
- Beef burger (self made if possible)
- Buns
- Cheese (preferably young)
- Egg
- Spices for seasoning

I like to use alot of butter because it prevents self-made burgers from breaking up when you flip them

Flip the burger after 2-3 minutes

Whilst your burger is busy baking you can already cut the cheese
What I like doing with cheese is that after baking the burger you very shortly put the cheese on the frying pan, this to just get it warm so it melts easier later on.
Put it too long on the frying pan however and you burn it

If you've done the cheese part right you must be able to still fold it and put it on your burger.
Result: the cheese is just perfect

However this isn't breakfast like enough.
For this add an egg

Now do it better than me and make sure the egg doesn't burtst open when putting it on a burger.
However: the result still looks tasy and quite breakfast like.
Enjoy!
