You can see the end of the tunnel, just then the light disappears and you hear a loud bellow, you know it is the giant and behind is an army of undead.

Yauri Quickly jumped out of the way as a bandit swing his broad-axe  at him. he grinned, taking out his prized blue kunai knife, stabbing it into his arm, and riping its away to the left.

"****!!" Arkai curses. "Elanna, try to do something with the amulet, I'll try to fend off the giant!" With that, he grimaced; and the bolt upon his bow burst into flames, and fired it straight at the giants chest; and with extra speed, started loading up another with was already on fire, yet mysteriously didn't harm him.

The giant laughs and as Elanna fiddles with the amulet you look back for one second and then you are hit against the wall.

Arkai was hit full blast and slammed against the wall, hitting the cold stone floor soon after. He struggled to remain conscious as he pulled himself to his feet; noticing most of his bolts had flown everywhere, and he'd dropped his crossbow in the blast. He grabbed as many bolts as he could within the short space of time he had, and held two like spears, ready to defend himself. He followed his instincts, and ran back to Elanna to protect her as well as he could.

As the giant is about to smash you, Elanna chants some language unknown to you.  The giant looks to Elanna and runs to stop her, just then the amulet glowed and exploded with light throughout the cave, the giant then collapses and is dead finally, the opening is clear.

Arkai gasped. "Elanna, did you...?" He paused. "We'd best get out of here before anything else happens, knowing my luck the whole place will cave in." He took a slight diversion in going towards the giant first, and stabbing it with his bolt. "Ah, satisfaction." He then reclaimed his crossbow and the last of his bolts before heading towards the exit.

Verra wandered along the outskirts, searching for something to hit. She was bored out of her mind. "Ye be warned." She muttered, referring to the sign she'd seen out by the water for pirates. She struggled to keep her eyes from narrowing and watched the bodies at the edge of town wearily as she slipped in.

Arkai sighed with relief. He'd managed to perform the dashing escape he thought so little of earlier, even if he didn't finish off the giant. "Elanna, have you still got the amulet?" he asked. Thankfully they'd managed to get out of the same entrance that Arkai had came in. "I reckon we need a meal or something... it's on me, lets go to the inn."
