Reqest For First Ever Fursona Drawing

Hello I was wondering if anyone can draw my fursona?

So I am very new to the fandom only learning about it a few days ago I already thought of my fursona and it didn't take too long to narrow down what it was and now I want to be able to see what it would look like visually. Here is a text template of what the characteristics would be:
Species: Arctic Wolf
Gender: Male
Age: 19 to early 20s
Height: 5 foot 5 inches
Anthro or Feral (quadruped): Anthro
Body Type/Build: Neutral but a bit towards the lean side
Fur/scales/body Color: a mix grey and electric/neon blue
Any Markings: 1-2 stripes on the back going top to bottom
Hair Style & Color: no hair but has the fur on the head a bit frizzled/fluffed up
Eye Color: blue
Clothing: mainly with no clothing but if you can do 2 different ones one with a WW2 American soldier outfit would be cool to go along with the regular one
Accessories:
Personality: Intelligent with a love for technology, machines, bike riding and military vehicles. He loves to collect scale model tanks and also tinker around with machines. He loves to go mountain bike riding and playing video games with his friends. His favorite season is winter but he also loves the summer too.

I don't know of any references I can give but if asked I can do my best to look one up mainly I just want to let whoever's drawing this's imagination go wild (no pun intended). So I hope someone will be able to draw this since this is the first fursona drawing that anyone has ever drawn for me and it will give me a good idea of what my fursona is.
