Say things like "and then the wolves attacked." Or "as it was written, so it shall be." I find when you don't know what to say, just say random things or references. It keeps the conversation going. Banana kiwi Apple blueberry mocha creme freche. :D

When they ask "What? What are you talking about?" Just shrug and tell them you didn't know how to respond, so you just said whatever came to mind. Laughs. And more talking. I walked in to work and told the boss "Well hey there you white chocolate Adonis." Oh my god, the look he gave and just said "I. Uh. Hey." Classic. Then we started talking about John Cena.

Oh, that's a sure fire ... When you interview, Maki? Walk in to it playing John Cena's theme song. Instant hire.
