Yep. It's on auction so I'm actually going to bid. I have Rahyne and Steve that will hands down move in, so worst case it's 500 each. When you get here, 350 a month and Rahyne and I will take the 400 payments.

Perfectly fine. There are plenty of options until I find us a house. One of my friends at Waffle House I already talked to has a cheap room, if not at my house. By cheap I mean one guy doesn't pay him and he lets him stay, so literally ten dollars is more than he's making off the deal.

Until I buy a house, if I can't get this one. As long as you all are there to help we can afford it. Just have to go talk to the bank and figure out the minor details, but I'm good at that. We got you covered, Maki. :D

There's a Nixie. *energy restored, hops down and goes over to pet the felyne, but doesn't yet. Waits for the okay. Has two cats - they pick you and -they- decide on pets XD*
