Just listen to me when I have a breakdown I get really deep and can drive anyone pretty much crazy. My last breakdown was two years ago but it was the worst haha.

Have a room where the floor is moving and has sandpaper on it. You have to keep moving, so you don't get scarred by the sandpaper. Eventually you'll get tired, and you'll fall on the moving floor. Then you'll be against the wall where the moving sandpaper floor tears away at you flesh until it eventually reaches bone.
