yeah, im going to have fun either way. never know i may meet some other furries there too XD so i would be exicted to meet my first irl furry XD (wow that is kinda depressing lol)

Well I haven't met any furries irl, but I have seen them around at a lot cons recently. So its totally the right place to meet some and maybe make some local fur friends.  ^_^

exactly, and where can you actually go in a full pc setting and be applauded for it? at a cosplay con XD i do hope i see some furries. and hopefully gets a huggle. i may even wear my styxx badge even though i dont had a fursuit (yet)

I hope you do. All to see a fursuit up close is the best. Second to hugging them im sure. (i wouldn't know that yet)
I'd say wear it! That way if there are any furs they will automatically know that you are one to.

do what i do. if you feel brave enough hold out your arms like you want a hug, you are basically telling them to come to you and give you a hug. remember they can read you, its harder for you to read them. lol

I know. It more about the people im with when I go to these cons. They don't really think imma furry. They know that I draw furries, but not that I want to be in this fandom. So it kinda makes it awkward for everyone im with for me stop walking just to hug a fursuiter. :S

Makes sence. The only friend I have irl is also kinda my s/o and she was very accepting when i told her. She said it makes sense actually lol think of it this way. You can do it, and if your group questions you. Just say that its common and acceptable to hug furries ^_^

Well there opinion of furries aren't of the good kind. What doesn't help is that my older sis greatly dislikes furries and I typically tend to go with her and her friends to these cons.  :S
What dose help is that my s/o is totally understanding of this as well. So he kinda understands why I totally start freaking when I see a cute fursuit. ^_^
