When my sister got her tigger tatoo I talked to the the artist and its prolly gonna be around the size of a softball, however its prolly gonna take a little longer than an average tatoo cause it will require alot of shading.

I got two and a half pairs of hi-hats, a ride cymbal and two crashes! And a bag! For free! I thought they were Zildijian though, but I was wrong and theyre only on the drumkit I'm using now.
