I have unhealthy eating habits.
Today....
Breakfast: Special K bar and Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal
Brunch (nutrition): Apple
In class: Bag of hot cheetohs <----- lol ima Cheetah 
Lunch: Bag of Lays Chips
Ima be a fatty soon. This isn't all the junk I eat throughout the day either... it gets worse.
I'm getting there too. I REALLY need to start exercising a lot more... :'(
I already do that...
like literally, I work out in PE and at home.... and I used to be on the Cross Country team at school but ever since the season ended, I've been lazier than ever! I feel terrible about it. I don't know if I want to go back to running though, because I had waaaaay too many injuries. Shin splints, hip injuries, knee injuries. Just...not fun.
