You do realize that a plasma cannon is pretty useless right? Its like superheated steam, and less dense than that even.  This Rad-Quintil is alien tech, made by the Ragnaroks.  It launches explosives rapid fire, and these explosives are equipped with laser drills to dig in before exploding.  Its anti-armor and anti personnel.  *loads a 40 round magazine into it* These are Kemyava rounds, designed to be the deadliest, and they're bigger than normal because of a heavier warhead and more fuel in it, which is also explosive. *takes the safety off*  these Kemyava rounds are called Radfem, hence the Rad in Rad-Quintil.  *activates the cycler* And now, youre staring down the barrel of it.  GThe cycler is on, which means it is now ready to fire FAST.
