Um, he's 13! I know the laws are different there but I'm not going by laws. It's unhealthy, especially at his age. Also, being drunk is NOT cool.

being drunk isnt cool ill give u that but im 14 and even i like the occational larger or single wiskey but u know all in a small amount

I dunno. Not everyone can tell the exact amount it takes to get drunk-ish, I believe it's different for everyone. I rather not risk it. I prefer knowing what the hell I'm doing. Plus, alcoholic drinks tastes terrible in my opinion. XP
