Chrono just now wakes out of his daze when he notices hes falling down again. His blurred vision makes out something climbing on top of him. His vision clears up enough to tell that the Deathclaw from before is resuming where she left off, but before he could yell for help, she covered his mouth and made a 'shush' sound.

Muffled noises continued to persist as she continued uninterrupted
