my house was made in the fifties and there isn't much wrong with it. Although, when we redid the bathroom we found that it was insulated with newspaper. Some funny storries from back then. Worrting about communist spies in madison. (i live in wisconsin, madison is the state capitol.) so i guess the place was built during the red scare.

News papers mactually make a great insulator if you are ever freezing and you have no heat or blankets just put some newspapers in your coat and wala there you go.

my house is near where a train station used to be in the early 1900-1960s but it all got bulldozed down <_< for old age condos...but the railroad tracks got turned into a bike trail...

My town is 30 or 40 years OLDER then Canada itself...which I find kinda amazing...

Its true his basement is a dungeon where he kept his bike as he was building it.   o.O

lol yes...my bike of EVIL...the wheels from the "ghostrider" bike....the frame from the "Star Wars Speeder" and the pedals handle bars and seat from Matt Hoffmans' BMX bike. Muahahahha!!
