Nintai suddenly fell from the tree she was snoozing in all day, hitting the ground with a dull thud. The ebony furred feline sat up into a crouch, her hands over her muzzle.
"Is...that...blood I smell?" She said through her fingers; her eyes, which had narrowed into little slivers and where turning black around the edges, twitched from one side to the other.
