"Well, Ted just became the incarnation of Reprecht... shall we?" he asked, taking out two desert eagles and glancing at Chrono. "Might as well, since Gabag decided to help him out..." his arms become coated with dark red energies, and his features sharpened immensely.

*however he does due to the fact that theres 2 demo wolves, 2 demon dragons, one of which who has dark energy, the power to control water, and the power to mutate into a flesh eating monster at will, Charles was saved by sheer luck as he got knocked down into an area too small for moonraiser*

Chrono's body starts to harden to the point of being able to take the hailstorm, but prevents him from attacking or even moving while Zeit is trying to get a bead on the other Regulators. "Stay still so I can disable your shoulders!"
