http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PowYGGySRW8http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoZ3rj9rRQQfor the body, theres two options. one: a shirt and pants two-piece. this one is easier to go to the bathroom in but its also harder for the tail to be in the right place and it wont stay in one spot. two: a full body suit. wat u do is trace urself or have someone help and trace u from ur desired neck line(keep in mind u r gonna put a neck flap on ur head to cover ur neck so the neck line on ur body suit doesnt have to be a turtleneck.) and down to ur wrists and ankles. make two of those tracings but DONT SEW THEM TOGETHER! not yet anyway. make sure it fits snugly or the way u want it to fit. how u do this is hold the edges with saftey pins or clothespins and 'put it on'. once it fits good, unclip them, have the two tracings of ur body, and start sewing the fur onto the front side. (MAKE SURE THE FUR IS RUNNING DOWN, NOT UP.) if u have markings, like i have black socks, then do that on the front now. Before u start furring the back, cut a line from the back of ur neck all the way down to where u want ur tail to be. once u make ur tail, put it on, and see where the zipper will end. thats right. we're gonna put in a zipper from the back of ur neck to ur tailbone. i dont know how to put on a zipper but im pretty sure u can find out from craft ppl or websites. once the cut has been made, u can fur the back. once both pieces are furred, lay one piece down, fur side up, then lay the other piece down, fur side down, on top of the other piece. on the edges, tuck in the fur and start sewing. but dont sew up the slit in the back! once the whole thing is sewn completly around, flip it right side out and viola! again, make sure the fur runs down! common mistake in making a fursuit. hope this helps and sorry its so long.
