Frank makes it to the edges of D9, noting the 'NO HUMANS ALLOWED' signs on the fences, he also realized that if he didn't know how to communicate with the Poleepkwans, and it was far too late to call for Mike to get over to his location. A couple dozen MNU helicopters flew loudly overhead, preparing to make their decent into D9, Frank had to move fast if he wanted to keep MNU from getting to his objective first. He jumped the fence and left his weapon holstered, knowing that most of the population here didn't openly care firearms... but it was still a risk, considering the constantly stoked fires of prejudice, and that fact the Poleepkwa were not to be messed around with in close quarters.
Frank Keegan spotted two Human soldiers beating up a Poleepkwa civilian on the streets, the two men wore standard issue MNU body armor, and their victim had little more than tattered, slightly bloodied cloths hanging from his shoulders and waist. The whole place reminded Keegan of the old Internment camps in Domiparadu, where thousands of Non-Humans - and some Humans who were known as 'Betrayers of Mankind' - were forced to live out their last days under the Weights of Oppression. "This has to stop." Frank muttered to himself, and fired a single shot at one of the soldiers, who was about to strike the civilian with a blunt object, he staggered backwards a bit in suprise, his bullet-resistant vest stopped the round from causing any lasting harm. "Arrest the sympathizer!" the man said, and the other one cautiously approached Frank with a pair of handcuffs, he got close he went to grapple but Frank ducked and took hold of the soldiers gear hanging from his vest and flipped him over his head and onto his back, knocking him out cold. The other man took out his gun and attempted to fire at Frank, but he came too slow in the draw and fell dead. In the brief shootout, the alien fell over on his side, battered and bruised. Frank went over to unlock his cuffs but the alien looked him over with fear and tiredly tried to crawl away.
"These guys probably get beatings so often that any Human they see registers as a threat." Frank thought, lighting another unfiltered Cigarette in his mouth, just then he felt someone tap on his shoulder, and he turned around to see a Poleepkwa civilian. This one was not so beaten up, and was at least two feet taller than Keegan, who stood easy at around 6 foot 4 inch. He picked up Frank by the collar and lifted him up a couple feet above the ground, then uttered a few angry clicks and chirps, apparently thinking Frank was this other alien's captor.
