Can't believe I missed the food discussion

Farmed fish is more tender and more fatty, however the flavour is nothing compared to fish caught offshore.
Chicken is low fat because their fat reserves are kept in their skin instead of within the meat.
-Fun Facts: chicken breast is white meat, but chicken thigh is red meat. You can always tell a battery farmed chicken from a free range chicken simply down to the fat reserves and the sheer size of the chicken and free range will be tougher, but more flavourful. Free range doesn't mean it's free to roam outside. Farmed chickens are usually slaughtered at 6 weeks old to reach demand.
