This one is New Beat, A Belgian musicstyle that came up end 1980s and lasted untill mid 90s when it transformed into Euro Beat.
The Confetti's were the first one to make a new beat song and was actually meant as a promostunt.
In the clip they did an huge flashmob in 1988 on one of the most busiest intersections in Antwerp, Belgium
