Regarding my Eevee Fursuit

You know how in my planned fursuits post that I had listed an Eevee fullsuit? Well now I'm considering not making it. I posted one thing on a Pokemon video and I got shit for it. It seems to me, more now than years ago, that the Pokemon fandom has a bit too much toxicity in it. No pun intended, but it's something I've noticed. I feel like it's near impossible to have an opinion in the Pokemon fandom without someone bashing you for it. So in regards to the fursuit, why should I make something for a toxic fandom?

maybe you could try to detox it. honestly i never knew that the pokemon fandom was toxic. and honestly im a little ashamed of them. i mean one of the things that got me into pokemon was how nice it was.

You are making the suit because you want to right? Well, don't halt your progress because of what someone else doesn't want.

I'm not so sure I want to make it now. I'm just fed up with all this bullshit that I'm getting from almost every Pokemon related post.

If you don't want to, then don't. Nobody's gonna force you, and if they try, then that's just total bull. It's your hobby, and you do it for fun, so why should you feel obligated to do or not do something?


Just do what you'll enjoy, basically.
