She puts a hand out. "Come on, I don't bite" The voice under her mask was soothing and calm meaning no threat

I grab her paw and hoist myself onto my feet then look at my long tail that was still stuck.
With a growl I go to the end and try to get it unstuck once more.

Zaida watched and sighed walking to the gate and simply and slowly pulled his tail out. "Struggling like that makes it harder..."

[Chains]

"Um... thanks." I say a little embarrassed. I glare at the stupidly long fluffy appendage.

[Farewell]

"Mhhm" she looks around their surroundings before a large sand storm was seen coming from the south. "Shit..." She began to sprint, rushing to somewhere safe... Although the buildings could easily collapses.

[Chains]

I see the sandstorm eyes wide as I try to keep up with zaida in hopes she could be of help in the future.

[Farewell]

Zaida stopped knowing the pharmacy would collapse. "Think... Think..." She looked down the beaten street seeing a sewer before running and her tail dogged in the small hole and threw it away before jumping into the sewer..
The sand storm was bright red and the half the sand was at least glass which could easily cut or suffocate.

[Chains]

I see zaida just disappear into the sewer. With a leap I jump down as well not seeing any where good to hide and even if there were I wouldn't have been able to get there in time before the storm reached me.

Right when he jumped in the storm passed just over them some sand and little rocks falling into the sewer.
Zaida looked and sighed with relief grabbing her 1M11 and turning the light on and aiming down the sewer making sure no radiated monsters were around... Luckily there wasn't but she hopped they wouldn't run into any

"So, what happened?" I ask following zaida

"Sandstorm..." She replied walking down the sewer her tail swaying lightly up and down.

"Yes I figured that part out, I mean what happened, why is everything a mess and why are there monsters everywhere?" I ask a little annoyed.

"How the held do you not know..." She looked back at him. "Pretty damn simple, even some two year old can figure it out... It's a long story, We had war nuclear bombs were hit and the U.S. Decided to Nike the god damn world and Voila

"Have I been out for that long?" I ask myself scratching my head.

"Probably..." She said stoping and grabbing a small device out that made a static like noise. "84.89% radiation... Can't go that way..."
