Grunan nods, and pulls out from under her bed a large plastic mat. She then clears the floor, gesturing for Vulki to stay back. She st arted preparing a large area for a ritual, using chalk, candles...

Pretty standard ritual magic.

She then gestures to the middle of the circle. "You need to stand there, or sit. Probably better to sit."

Carefully sits down in the middle.

[Angder]

Grunan begins to chant. Lighting the candles as she does. She then sits in front of Vulki, chanting quietly. If the spell worked correctly whatever is inside Vulki should either exit through the mouth, and then return to hell. Or alternatively be torn apart and be destroyed entirely. Either result worked from Grunan's point of view.

Just sat there, she couldn't feel anything happen and tilted her head.

[Angder]

Grunan kept chanting, louder now. Whatever it was it was deep inside. but she was not going to give up.

Looked at her in despair, sitting there patiently.

[Angder]

"OK... lets do something slightly more extreme. This might hurt slightly." Grunan states. Narrowing her eyes. she holds her hands out. and 2 lights, one blue and one green, appear in the snakes hands. She then resumes chanting, louder now.

Whimpered, starting to fidget in the circle.

[Angder]

Grunan keeps trying, ever more complex rituals, more and more magic. Eventually she passes a potion mixture to Vulki. "this will hurt. a lot." She states. "But its the only thing I have left. Its basically anti-demon poison. should flush it out of you with the accompanying ritual." Grunan sits down by the expanded circle, now spreading off the mat onto the wooden floor. Relighting the blue scented candles around them both. She once again starts to chant.

The liquid bubbles, and lets off a disgusting smell. No sane person would want to drink it.

Kro grabbed his guitar, and headed for the complex. He walked inside, and took a seat on a bench. Checking his guitar, putting his hood up and his mask on, he began to sing and play. He made his voice quite soft.

"Lost and fallen down,
Make yourself at home.
Everything you need is right here.

The countless others who tried to go...

Rhosyn woke up with a huge headache, crawling out of bed and flopping on the floor.


"Uugh... man I haven't had headaches this bad since I got thrown in that arcane vortex..."


She shook her head and, upon getting herself upright, got dressed and headed down to the communal kitchen.

As Ulvus saw Rhosyn going into the kitchen, he said "Rhosyn! Thank god, you're here, I need help", looking at her. "I trained a bit with Arcizo here, and... well you can see how things turned out", he added.

Kro continued singing and playing in the lobby.
