As he concentrated more, Grunan could actually see  the street name, Gillon Court. If he was familiar with the area that would pretty much be an exact giveaway, however it wouldn't be too hard to find the street anyway, he already knew it was pretty close by.

When the street came up on google maps Grunan could see that the street was in fact surprisingly close and he could easily just walk there, as he zoomed in he saw a specific house and felt that the presence he had sensed was inside of it. He had found him.
