Have it the first part of my journal in more detail
Short - before high blood pressure, high cholesterol from lack of proper exercise and diet. Didn't take thw medication as prescribed or any healthy decisions. The hospital stay on Dec 11th made me change that.

Now plenty of vegetables, exercise, meds, what doctor says.
