It's not that dangerous... Walking through Beaufort 8 gusts is a little difficult and small children are more prone to falling. When I was young I once had a wind like that in my back, the continuous push was strong enough to safely move forward without pedalling. If it's raining you need to watch out with your umbrella - the gusts are very likely to damage it unless it's specially made for strong winds like that.

If you want dangerous, it's from Beaufort 10 and onwards where the wind gets significantly dangerous.
