We got a 10$ sushi kit that had almost everything already in it so... Not that hard. And not that good either

lol That may be why you didn't like it.  Cheap ingredients are not always the best.

Yea I know. I didn't choose it but since it was the first time making it it made more sense to try the cheap things since proper stuff costs a bit more than 10$ I'll keep trying in different places.

Maybe make it with cookies instead of fish and seaweed.

Fish was fine though. Just that I didn't taste it with the seaweed. That's a pretty good idea though!
