Geoff only slept briefly, his stomach starting to hurt. He grimaced as he sat himself up. He thought he should probably stay still, but he was feeling restless. With his spear, he stood up and walked about the mouth of the cave. Not paying attention, he stubbed his toe on the salt chunk Al dropped--with the same foot the thing fell on, too.
He winced. "Sss--Aaaah...!"
He peered at it with squinting eyes, then kicked it with his heel a few times into the cave. The last one went at an angle, and it pushed against the cave wall and rolled to the other side.
"Hmmm..."
Geoff grunted as he reached down to grab a rock, then aimed it at the cave wall, smiling as if he thought of something clever. He threw the rock hard, and it shot off it, bouncing to the opposite wall and back again, then rolled on the floor to the opposite wall's side, the echos traveling down the tunnel. He laughed.
"Yeeeaaah! Ahaha--ow..."
He clutched his stomach.
