Stranded...

[The Past]

The spider struggled and screeched and choked until finally its head was severed. The spider's body continued to flail and twitch before it went limp, leaking its dark orange blood.

Geoff yanked the spear out from the spider's corpse and jumped off, panting.

He proclaimed between breaths, "Enemy... termer--terminated..."

[Farewell]

((Didn't want it's death so quick but alrighty then))
Zaida just sat on the rocks wiping the Orange venom onto the arrows not really caring for the spider of what happened but only hummed calmly

[The Past]

((I'm sorry. It seemed like it wouldn't survive what it went through there. I did think about dragging it out, though ))

Geoff looked at Zaida.
"Sm... small one?" he said, motioning his spear toward the spider, not noticing the tip had been chipped off.

"That is a small one?!"

[Farewell]

((It's fine, I would probably make it fast too, spiders have many weak spots, I know since I own one ))
"Mhm but good thing is now the temple is ours, and we have a large healthy meal" she says softly.

[The Past]

Large healthy meal... Did she actually mean...

"Er... uh..."
Geoff rubbed the back of his neck.

"Venomous spiderrrr... healthy meal?"

It wasn't the spider part that bothered him, but the venomous part. It was the dog monster thing all over again.

[Chains]

I huffed and puffed, blood dripping from my chain.
"Never... want... to... fight spiders... again." I say between pants.

[Farewell]

"Venom and poison... Different" she huffed aggravated since some tribes thought the same "venom, if bitten, cut, you die... Poison is if you eat... The insect is venomous it's safe, I've eaten many venomous creatures.." She explains ((to let you all know.. Venom and poison is different ))

[The Past]

((I know, and so does Geoff, but he wanted to be careful. ))

"Yeah, I figured," Geoff replied sheepishly.
"I trust your judgement on it, so... yeah."

And he was thankful for that. He was really hungry, and since the tribesmen incident, it was well established that going hungry here was very bad.

[Chains]

"I'm sorry," I chuckled nervously. " I'm not touching that thing." I gave a look of disgust.

[The Past]

Geoff smiled.

"Well, you remember what happened when I refused to eat," he warned with a chuckle.

[Chains]

"I'm sorry, but I can't touch any kind of bug or spiders." I say almost gagging at the sight of the harry thing.

[The Past]

Geoff lowered his head and glared half-jokingly at Chains.

[Chains]

"Ah, stop don't!" I exclaim waiving my arms around in front of me.

Geoff stood normally again, giving him an awkward look.
"uh... well..."

He paused for a moment.

"Well, I... don't want anyone going hungry... so we should try to find something else for you to eat."

Zaida was cutting up the spider with ease continuing to doze off. Her tail went in a up and down motion, she simply huffed as she got stuck on a hard part and had to use her strength to cut through.
