Urh, I didn't sleep. Couldn't go to sleep, so I ended up staying up working on the training room ai al night.

*kro grabs a pan, some eggs and a range of herbs and spices, and cracks the eggs into the pan*

Crest- *crest goes up stair's and grabs his bass and brings it downstairs*

*starts to add the herbs and spices to the eggs*

Crest- *crest puts his bass down and staggers to the kitchen where he goes to the back of the cupboard where he his his own spice blend for making eggs. He takes five flakes out and adds them on the eggs he then hides the spice again*
