okay, those of you who know me know i don't let my dysgraphia inhibit me

but enogf of the old, now in with the new, its been a year now and i'm going to start writing again, be honest if i stink tell me




I’m realizing
There is no knight is shining armor
no dragon or evil to fight
but this world is just as evil
And I shall have to carry the light
 
so I’ll fight from within
there is no place i haven’t been,
and as the darkness closes in
even then

I shall not be silenced
Nothing will shatter this alliance
so there is no knight
so I’ll be him
I’ll never go back to how it begins
 
so stand up
and sing loud
 
show the world their hero is here
and we will not be shaken
we will not be overcome
we will face you down
even as darkens where’s the crown
 
we are the day,
there is only one way
so come may
we are here to stay
 
so put the shining armor on
and take up the blade
and even as you stand
the darkness will fade
 
we will stand for freedom
we will stand for peace
we will stand for the island
of solidarity
 
for we are the day,~

still our legend will sing
