Im not lying ... I had almost finished my latest college work which i spent three weeks on....and lost the USB stick it was saved on.


I hardly have any time to start again meaning i will fail the course.


Its over.. i tried and my dream job wasn't meant to be..

Well if you give up like that, of course you won't get your dream job.

Contact your teacher, explain the situation. Look for the USB, hang notices around explaining that it has precious work on it that you really need back, and start over. If you did it once, you can do it again.

hopefully best case scenario is that my teacher found it and is going to hand it in tomorrow

There's usually something you can do. Hopefully it'll turn up or your teacher will understand the situation and perhaps give you an estimate. However, do remember to back up everything for the future so this never happens again.
