Back in the day of SNES, I once tossed the controller at the TV hard enough to make one of the shoulder buttons pop off.
I don't remember exactly how it happened, but I'm 99% sure Donkey Kong Country 2 was the cause for it.
I count that as my lowest point. After that, it was as if I had used up all my gamer-rage. I haven't really raged since, these days I just quietly accept my fate and curl up into a crying ball of misery and self-loathing. Not really, but something along those lines.

Recently got my first "proper" gaming-PC, so I use that.
