Look around, they sell them at lots of different places and usually don't ask many questions other than the occasional "And you're sure it's the right size?" xD Or then you could get them from some online pet store ^-^

Only have one that does that but that's because they didn't care enough to make the inside soft (guess you need fur to be able to wear that one without getting creepy marks all around your neck) x-x Only have leather collars tho (the 12th one is not, but it doesn't count yet either..)

Collars meant for puppies seem to be softer on the inside, but it can be hard to find ones that'll fit >-< Tho most seem to get properly broken in after a few hours of wearing them (at least leather ones.. Can't say much about anything else yet x-x)

For me they have to be at least 40-45cm to fit without it feeling like I'm getting strangled (about 35cm around the neck i'd guess... I don't remember anymore)
Most collars meant for medium-sized dogs tend to fit tho ^-^

Depending on the materials, size and quality they tend to be around 10-25€ around here at least ^-^ Saving up for it shouldn't be too hard, so good luck and hopefully you'll find something you like at an affordable price :'3

Speaking about stuff, I got to hear that the fursuit maker is going to start on my partial very soon now =^-^=
