Band Furs?

I'm curious as to how many of you, be it at a high school or college level, are in a wind ensemble of sorts.


I am in the Honor Band (Wind Ensemble) at my high school.  3rd Clarinet, but still in the honor band.


We are going to State MPA (Musical Performance Assessment) seeing as we achieved straight superiors.


Our pieces for the show will be:
Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night - Del Borgo
Symphonic Dance No. 2 "The Maskers" - Williams
El Relicario - Padilla


For our spring concert, we are performing the John Mackey piece "Kingfishers Catch Fire", both movements.

I was a pianist for the string ensemble in year 8-9 and I used to do the piano for plays as well. But haven't been in music for like... 2 years xD
