Canis Corruptors faction benefits: Wins automatically after X turns as their spies and plans come to fruition. Has armies 10% weaker than other factions. Starts with an extra 5% soldiers per city built or captured. Just as planned.

Obviously X would be big, but.... :P Good? :P

foxes require less resources to build structures/units and have a boost in defence and speed while having not as much attack.

The idea is that theres atleast 3-4 players or so that control armies, so i took it in general, hell, you could even create your own faction :)
