Rationality does not come in any units I know the term for, but they are there. The scale goes from hyperrational, devoid of emotion and other such rationality inhibitors, to completely irrational, devoid of logic or reason.

Actions can say volumes about rationality, but I don't think that includes reason, which is, as I understand, rationality in an argument.

Argument is a word meaning a disagreement, such as its disagreement with its ability to be a good sentence starter.

Gandalf is quite an awesome wizard, his most famous line IMO is "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!!!!!!"

Pass the test, you have not as gandalf never said that in the book, but rather "you will not pass" which I prefer as it leaves absolutely no chance for the balrog to pass whereas "you shall not pass" says he won't pass but there is still a chance he will and so I prefer "you will not pass" as its more commanding in it's nature.

Nature of the phrase "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" to me, sounds better generally than "YOU WILL NOT PASS" because the "sh" sound adds an interesting contrast to the phrase, nevertheless you are right that YOU WILL NOT PASS has greater meaning.
