This is the Minecraft thread, so I thought I'd do a little bit of advertising...
My Minecraft server has been up for a while, but only certain people have been on it, really doing any work.
Well, we've gotten quite a ways and managed to get a good bit of fun stuff built, so I thought it was high time I opened up my server for anyone who is interested in joining! I keep the whitelist active, however, so please send me a PM if you wish to join the server, and I'll add you and give you the server's IP address. I have various mods up that make sure that nobody is able to cheat or break into other's things and steal their stuff.
There are obviously rules. There is to be no griefing. No breaking people's things. Unless permission is given, if something is already built, DON'T TOUCH IT. Some amazing things have already been built, and some amazing things are in the process of being built, and they are not to be messed with. First offence means a warning, and second means a permanent ban, because I'm not going to put up with it. If everyone's all nice and friendly and works together, we can build the greatest city Minecraftia has ever seen
Also, if you wish to have creative mode for a bit, I'm allowing that, but not for very long. Also, when we finally DO go after the end portal and the ender dragon, creative mode is getting shut-off permanently. From then on, it shall be set to survival mode, hard difficulty. Because then, it shall be fun and glorious, and many of our number shall be killed! I plan on having a full party go after him, however, so we might be able to prevail!
Anyways, like I said. Send me a PM if you're interested. Mods are already installed and the server shall be up and running at all times, unless something horribly urgent or bad comes up. It also seems that the server has yet to lag for anyone but me, so that works well, too
