Yelps in surprise and shock.  I use my unique sense of smell to detect you, teleport to where you are and attack you, yanking a chunk of flesh out of your leg before teleporting away again.

Growls and dissapears again, leaving you clutching air. I disappear into a hole in the ground with no entrance, and lick my wounds which instantly begin to heal.
