[Danny and Kayato should be confused as to why their attacker is becomeing their savior.]

The couger growled. "Quite a shift dog. You hoping to keep them for yourself?" he said, wary of the gun. The knife was still gripped tightly in his hand, a few drops of blood clinging to the metal.

He laughed. "You act so noble now. What's the matter? Do you want them to trust you?" He quirked an eyebrow. "We're all in this to survive. The moment you go soft is the moment you get killed. Watch your back. I'll be watching you." He stepped into the woods, walking without a sound through the brush before disappearing.

*The Wolf sighs a breath of relief as he lowers his gun. He then turns to the others.* "That was a close one! I hope Shadis didn't hurt you badly. Im terribly sorry for his actions. I can't control him sometimes. And when he gets loose... Well, lets just say that waking up surrounded by mutilated bodies with a fullness sensation isn't uncommon, and not the worst thing I've woken up to. But where are my manors, my name is Korey. Pleased to meet you."

Danny scooted away from him, terrified. With no fighting skills, she was far from useful in battle.

*With a confused and worries look on his face* "Whats that matter? Im not going to hurt you- Ohhhhhh, thats right. You don't know about Shadis. Ehhh, well, long story short, three differeent people all live inside of my body. We take control of the body at different times. I am Korey, the "good" one of us three. I mean no one any harm. Then their is Zack, the "Neural" One of us three. He avoids hurting people but will haooiy do it if he has to. He never speaks. Then their is Shadis, the Dark one. don't know if hes another person like Zack and I, or a demon that entered or body. But either way, he will use his Pyromancy, Fire magic, to harm, kill, and eat enyone he can. Zack and I do our best to keep Shadis trapped inside, but he manages to get out sometimes. I was once told, but some "Dock-tore" or something that I have "Multiple Personalities Syndrom" But I dont know what that means. Just know that as long as their arnt flames in my paws, then I wont be harming you. Im really sorry that Shadis hurt you. Thanks to him, I've grown accustomed to treating burns. If you'd like, I could take a look at it. I don't think he hit you very hard, but It wouldn't hurt to check."

Danny looked between them, hesitance at even speaking showing in her eyes. "How do we know you aren't going to kill us the moment our backs are turned?" she said, stumbling on her words a bit. Counting the female wolf as part of a group seemed... risky.

And Shadis has a difficult time takeing over when we are around friendlies, so you probably wont have to worry about him. Traveling in groups is a must these days. Too many cannables. To further entise this deal, I can promise a great reward if you allow me to travel with you. I can only speak of this reward to friends, so if you want to know what it is, we will have to get going on our way to it before I can tell you. Do we have a deal?"

Danny still seemed unsure of joining with them. The last time she'd tried, well... she didn't like the consequences. She looked up at the black wolf.

that depends on how useful you prove to be, that and if i catch "Shadis" around again i will kill all three of you. No hesitation. " She crosses her arms then looks down at the other girl. " ARe you going to let him check out your feet?"
