The Dark Tower series by Stephen King

Has anyone read any of the Dark Tower books by Stephen King? The whole series?

If yes to the second question, what did you think about the use of anthropomorphic characters in the last two or three books?

YES! You, my dear, are now my new best friend~
I began reading the first three books back when I was twelve, when I first became a fan of Stephen King, but my mother didn't approve of me reading his work and refused to let me continue. I've been aquiring the books slowly over time, and now that I'm close to having them all I've started to re-read them.

Have you read the short story about Roland called Little Sisters of Eluria from Everything's Eventual?

Toxic Konpieto: I'm glad you're finally able to read the whole series! I loved all the books, just how dark and imaginative they were. I haven't read many other series which have captured my imagination as much as the Dark Tower. I even have the newest book about Roland, "The Wind through the Keyhole," on my bookshelf for when the summer comes.

I didn't even know about "Little Sisters of Eluria." Thanks for telling me about it!

FeralWings: Keep on reading. If you find the story intriguing, I think you'll really enjoy the second book "The Drawing of the Three."
