what I usually have:

~ Keys on a USMC lanyard
~ USB Drive
~ Sheffeild folding knife
~ iPod Touch (16gb)
~ green laser pointer (20Mw 10,000ft> range)
~ wallet
~ Change
~ Tim Hortons re-loadable card (Tim Hortons = VERY well known Canadian Coffee Shop...if you DON'T know what it is and you're Canadian....that's sad)
~ lighter (I dont' smoke...I hate it and I hate smokers...can't stand being around them)
~ bike lock (if i'm on my bike)
~ Collar(s) (if i'm going to a furmeet)
~ Digital Camera
~ random stuff my mate/boyfriend gives me...lol

sometimes it's easier to carry all that stuff wen i'm wearing my MARPAT military pants... 8-9 pockets in those things.

I usually carry around my:

Android phone (It also works as an mp3 player and such, I LOVE IT)
My Bali-song knife (I just like to do tricks I don't plan on stabbing anybody D:)
My wallet (Currently empty DX )
And sometimes my Nintendo DS just in case I get the urge for a Pokemon marathon :D

a weird phone from a weird brand .Huwai ore something but its a touch phone whit mp3 eds.
and a guitar on my back , cuz i'm gonna play whit my friend in my town today , just on the market streets.
backpack whit a Nintendo 64 in it cuz im gonna sell it today to a friend of mine :D ..good old times whit Banjo and kazoewi  D:

1 precision machined black dice.
A gold pocket watch.
Zebra steel mechanical pencil with blue lead.
Brushed chrome Zippo lighter.
about six hand-rolled caramel scented cigarettes.
And photographs of the three girls closest to me in my life ^^; (In a completely platonic and friendly way).
Technically outside the pocket, but attached to its zipper is also a small black cat plush keyring.
