In my art class, we have a big final-esque thing coming up where we have to draw a super detailed picture. I can't even draw a straight line. Anyone have any advice?

Practice, that's all you can do.
Even though tutorials can help a bit, there's no substitute for the hands-on.
Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness, and good luck. :)

not gonna lie I didn't do great in art class as well. I think art class doesn't appreciate art, ironically
