Are there any local So Cal. furries that like mountain hiking? I know some of the trails around the Idyllwild area and I've hiked
to San Jacinto Peak, @ 10834 feet two times last summer. Once and 1st via the Fuller Ridge Trail and then second by the
Marion Mountain Trail. The Marion Mountain Trail is the shortest rout too the peek (without using the tram), this
rout has a Elevation Gain of 4800 ft and about 12 miles round trip. Last year I mad it to San Jacinto Peak via Devil's Slide Trail.

Love hiking but havent been in a while, usually hike Viejas when I want something small, and if I'm in the mood for a big trip I'll go to Tom's place in the Sierras (or bushwhack it :P) On that note... If you're ever at Tom's place and find a knife jammed into a tree... A nice knife... Please contact me xD

I love hiking the Sierras. :) I've been to Bishops pass and to Piute pass. This summer I did the 400 foot ladder top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Does anyone know the full story of what happened the the FurNow fursuit club from San Diego?
All I could find is a post on Youtube by silfurnakamura that > "Do to money issues, it had to be shut down."
There Meetup.com page is completely gone.

I hated to hear that, it really looked like a fun group of people.:(

Maybe the people that where members of FurNow can join IEFA · Inland Empire Furry Association
And we can hold joint meets somewhere between Riverside and San Diego.
