4-5 of fruits and vegetables
like 3 of meat?!

That's a lot to eat

Yeah. The grain servings, I might be able to do since I love to eat things like bread, pasta, rice and cereal. But eating 4 to 5 servings of  fruits and vegetables and only 3 servings of meat is nearly impossible to do.
