Well, I made the original pic and background (without the lines) on openCanvas and I tried to make the blue fade a bit more by using a gaussian blur filter on Paint.NEt. The preview got black in it for some reason, and then I lowered the blur intensity and.... it made the lines. I have no idea what made it do that exactly, but I wanna know how. @_@
