Me too. I also don't take ADD medication. I have used it a few times. The first time was in 6th grade, and all it did was make me exhausted. Plus my family acted like the medicine was supposed to change me having emotions and an opinion on stuff as well, taking the "have you taken your medicine?" line to a serious level. All this got me so frustrated that I took the bottle of pills and tossed it as hard as I could into the wall. I went without for a while, then when school and real life was hitting hard, I tried another type of ADD med again. It didn't really make much of a difference for me. Personally, even if medication could help, I say it's best to not take medication in the vast majority of cases and you should try other ways to get through life with it. If it gets so bad that its causing a lot of problems and there's no way around it, then meds are all you can do until they discover something better.

And my doctors refuse to change my medicine.

Just don't take them, then. ADD is not a psychosis issue, they aren't going to force you to take meds. They don't and shouldn't have the right to make you take them if you feel they are harming you.

I'm proud to never have taken medication for my ADHD

The doctors wanted to put me on it, but mom was very disappointed with the side effects so she decided to accept my problems and raise me thereafter instead!

Also as for smashing keyboard... This is what I always manage to type out when I "smash" my keyboard:

I have no idea what the WPM for that is and the errors are there because I literally type it as fast as I can.. Gee I love mechanical keyboards! BLUE SWITCHES

That's a good point, but it'll be more to do with my parents then. They just see it as refusing to eat as a protest to taking the medicine.    I hate my ADHD.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I sorta had my entire childhood to grow up and learn to live with it. Nowadays, most of the time, it's actually fairly beneficial because I don't need to drink coffee or anything to stay alert at work. I'm just full of energy all the time!

That said, there is the downside that I sometimes have sleeping problems too x3

This isn't the fault of your ADHD, this is a fault with your parents' mindset on it. Just try to explain to them the best you can. If they don't listen, just don't take the meds no matter what they say. If they try to punish you for it, just hide the pills instead. They may keep buying them, but it's their fault for not caring about your issues and needs.
