Well, not neccecarily conclusions, but just see you as the face of the company so to say.
A huge problem here is parking the delivery bicycles and mopeds. The neighbours will just scream and harass at the first employee they come across for a bike being parked on the wrong spot, acting like it's all their fault, even though 90% of the time they weren't the ones that put the bike there, and aren't in controll of the one that did, and if you say something about that they'll hide being the phrase "Well, you work there too right? and then will get even cockier because you spoke up to them.
Like, I'll hapilly move a bike, but I'm not a friggin slave, I will get pissed if you scream at me for no reason.
