A new Bible is like a Bible, but new. Although the Bible I bought is over one year old already, but I bought it in perfect state from an official book store only a small while ago.

Wow. Never thought I needed to explain this.
Yes, the bible is in and itself a pretty darn old book. However, people are constantly working on new translations in all kinds of languages. New Bibles are being made in more and more languages to reach more people and enable them to read the Bible. Also, the Bible in Dutch has had over 10 translations throughout the centuries, which are adapted to how the Dutch language was used at that time. Besides that new translations in the same language enables to clear up texts that were unclear before (sometimes in a wrong way). If the Bible never was translated we needed to learn Greek or Hebrew before we could make out one single word.

Okay, maybe in Poland there aren't many translations... But you will have to agree with my second point.

Somehow new Bibles need to be made. The Bible is the record holder for the most sold book of all time throughout all translations (worldwide!). Even if the translation hasn't changed new units of the same translation still need to be made at least until a new translation appears. I still have the old Bible and it's in pretty bad shape. The first half of Genesis isn't attached to the rest of the Bible anymore and the cover has quite some damage on two out of the three sides. Now, if I wanted to replace this one with one of the same translation and no new ones were being made how would I be able to do so? Eventually we would run out of Bibles for that translation, which isn't really a good thing. New Bibles of the same translation appear pretty often to keep up with the demand.

tl;dr: Basically mass-production.
