Underpants need to be washed really well, so you might want to use 75C. The rest can be done normally on 60C, but I'm not sure what settings your machine has. I don't know if the underwear is of colour or is just plain white (also depends on the kind of underwear), or even if your machine has a specific setting for white and colour. Oh, and if you have any laundry with intense colours like red wash them separately or else the rest of the laundry might recolour whilst getting washed.
And about the detergent, we have a different detergent for the white laundry and the coloured laundry but messing it up won't have too much effect. The laundry comes out clean. It might be different for you though...

Our machine has a 60 Intense setting. Use that one if you can. And set the centrifuge at maximum.

Just speaking from an american standpoint.
Hot is okay,  warm is normal...
an dyes reds must be dealt with with only darks.
Cuz red gets on any lighter colors.
